The story so far
​
The story starts in 2019 when having visited some nearby vineyards and seeing how well their vines were growing it was clear that a vineyard would be a great use of this beautiful spot. The preparations then begin for the first planting in the spring of 2022.

One of the great pleasure of a project like this is working with our local suppliers who have contributed massively to the success of the vineyard so far. Learning together how to do best for our vines has been great fun.

Planting Milestones
After much research, soil assessment and wondering which way is south the first vines were planted in 2022. Planting has continued each spring. After the 2024 planting there will be a pause whilst we asses how productive the vines will be.
